At The North of the South, all products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it is produced specifically for the customer and then shipped.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Processing time includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

  • Order destination

  • Product type

  • Quantity ordered

All applicable shipping fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
