Refund policy

Effective date: February 1, 2026

At The North of the South, every item is made to order. Our products are produced on-demand and printed specifically for each customer once an order is placed. For this reason, we do not keep inventory and we cannot restock returned items.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because each product is made on demand and customized through the printing process, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including (but not limited to):

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Preference changes (color, style, design choice)

  • Minor differences in color due to screen/display variations

Please review the product description, sizing information, and color options carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Items, Defects, or Printing Errors

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly review your request and work with you on a case-by-case basis.

To request support, contact us within 7 days of delivery 
Include the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the issue (and the packaging if damaged)

  3. A short description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following remedies, depending on the case:

  • A free replacement (reprint)

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for review.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or normal wear and tear.
