Ordering & Products
What does "made to order" mean?
Every item in our store is printed specifically for you when you place your order. We do not keep pre-made inventory. This means your tee is fresh, new, and produced with care — but it also means we cannot accept returns for change of mind or size errors, so please review the Size Guide before ordering.
Are your products really printed on Comfort Colors?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted, all of our graphic tees are printed on Comfort Colors 1717 — the industry standard for garment-dyed vintage-feel cotton. Sweatshirts and hoodies are also printed on Comfort Colors blanks. The blank is listed in each product description.
What is garment dyeing and why does it matter?
Garment dyeing means the fabric is dyed after the shirt is sewn, not before. This gives each piece a soft, worn-in texture and subtle color variation from the very first wear. No two shirts are exactly alike. It also means the color is richer, deeper, and holds up better through washing than standard pre-dyed cotton.
Do the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately. Because Comfort Colors is garment-dyed, there can be slight variations between pieces — this is part of what makes them special, not a defect. Screen calibration can also affect how colors appear.
Sizing
How does the sizing run?
Comfort Colors runs true to size with a relaxed, slightly oversized silhouette. If you want a more fitted look, size down one. If you love a super oversized fit, stay true to size or go up one. Check our full Size Guide for measurements.
What if I am between sizes?
We recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. Comfort Colors is designed to be worn relaxed, and the heavyweight fabric holds its shape well even in larger sizes.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders go through a production phase of 2–5 business days before they ship. After that, delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days after production
- International: 7–21 business days after production
Total estimated delivery = production time + shipping time. So plan for up to 12 business days for US orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country — these are the buyer's responsibility.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns & Issues
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preference. Please review the product description and Size Guide carefully before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective?
We will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will review and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
